Cuando se vive en la misma rutina y en el corre corre de estos tiempos, a veces le puede parecer que las horas no son suficientes para hacer todo lo que se supone se debe cubrir a diario. Es frustrante para todo padre de familia querer dar lo mejor y proveer todo lo necesario para sus hijos pero muchas veces hagan lo que hagan no es suficiente; por eso es recomendable simplificar las tareas del hogar.
Para que a usted no le pase si aún no se ha estrenado como papá o mamá y para todos los que ya lo son, una excelente idea es la organización.
Tiempo
No se trata de cantidad sino de calidad y esto es precisamente lo que cualquier adulto necesita para planificarse. Si, por ejemplo, los niños están en la escuela y luego en lecciones de piano, pintura, baile, futbol o algo parecido y luego tienen que realizar las tareas del colegio entonces hay que tener un calendario. Este le ayudará mucho, pues además de esas actividades podrá registrar las citas del médico y otro tipo de eventos.
Toda labor cuando se hace en equipo es más satisfactoria y le ahorrará muchos dolores de cabeza innecesarios cuando usted no se programa. Escribir las fiestas, los cumpleaños, los días de limpieza, de lavar, de salir con los amigos o de ir a reuniones escolares hace que se cree un compromiso de cumplirlas. Igual lo puede hacer en agendas digitales, manuales, outlook, y su teléfono celular.
Alimentos
A la hora de pensar en nutrición este es otro factor que se debe tener en cuenta ya que por cansancio u otra excusa no se les brinda a los niños una alimentación balanceada, sino comida chatarra y en algunos casos los menores comienzan a padecer a muy temprana edad de obesidad, diabetes, entre otras enfermedades.
- Mire las latas, cajas de cereales, carnes, verduras, jugos entre otros alimentos que tenga en su despensa o nevera y revise qué cosas le hacen falta. Haga una lista para que cuando vaya de compras no traiga lo mismo de lo que tiene o algo que no necesita y así no gaste más en su presupuesto familiar y específicamente el dinero destinado para hacer el mercado.
- Haga un menú variado para no repetir lo mismo una y otra vez; sea creativo y experimente con los mismos ingredientes otras recetas. Por ejemplo: si usted tiene una carne molida prepárela un día con papas y verduras, en otra oportunidad haga tacos mexicanos con ese relleno de carne, o por qué no, con frijoles entre otros y verá que bueno es degustar ese producto en diferentes platillos.
Nadie dijo que educar hijos y sacar a una familia adelante era cuestión de un día y poco esfuerzo. Pero cuando se hace con amor, ganas y una excelente organización se hace más fácil todo. No siga perdiéndose la oportunidad de compartir más en familia y disfrútese este momento utlizando el tiempo mejor para usted.
